Thus far, the weather has been our only stoppage. Mark in the office keeps us in touch with scheduling and we are on schedule for completion. The masonry work is being done today and should be complete by the end of the day. Next week the garage will likely go up (weather pending). The only bit that was difficult was getting permitting and utilities okayed, something that was left to owners. We were a little unclear as to what our responsibilities were and what our contractors responsibilities were. Sometimes the office and the contractor were communicating different needs as well. That initial process was the most frustrating part of the building process thus far. Everything since then, demolition, concrete work, has been smooth sailing. I'll submit a follow up report when the project is done.

IPS Systems Company was an excellent choice for us. They did a quick job. Once the slab was poured they were in and out in three days with my new three car garage. They do excellent work. They cleaned up all so we had piece of mind.
