It went very well. The representative was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and courteous. Bugman was at our house within 2 hours of my initial call. The first location was $175 and each additional site was another $25. We had two outside and one inside location. To be sure they had everything, they came into the house for one of the outside locations and drilled 3 very tiny holes in the ceiling to be sure they killed all the bees. They cleaned up after themselves and placed caulking on the holes...you would never know they were there. They explained what they were doing. They were a pleasure to work with and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Terrible Experience - Technicians are very young (20's) and do not appear to be trained or knowledgeable about following basic safety precautions- such as wearing gloves, mask, eye protection nor are they familiar with the pesticides they use and their restrictions. - Bugman does not provide customers with any written info on the chemicals they are using, the safety risks, restrictions and precautions to be followed for customers, children & pets. - In second visit, Technician suggested spraying Apicide dust on the inside of basement windows. I questioned the Tech, if it was safe to spray Apicide inside and he confidently said yes. I later read on the Bugman and manufacturer's website that "indoor use (of Apicide) is prohibited" and presents a cancer risk. - Bugman does a lot of TV advertising but does not have a business address nor does not provide customers with written estimates or receipts. - Bugman charged us $187 for 10 minutes to initially spray for wasps around one window. - We called a few days later reporting that we continued to have a large number of wasps flying and dying in our basement and a tech returned a week later to spray again. There was no additional charge for this 10 minute visit. - When questioned about sealing the entry point of the wasps into the house, they said I need to do that myself or hire someone to do it. - Based on my experience, I would never use or recommend Bugman.

Contracted Bugman the past 2 years to spray for wasps and other insects around the house. Got their money back guarantee premier level residential service. I went with them because they are local - wanted to keep my money in town. Last season, they sprayed, at the beginning of the summer. It had little to no effect. We had wasp problems all summer. I ended up with a nest in my bay window eve with wasps getting into the house. I was coming home from work every day and killing 3-4 wasps when i walked in the door. Since it was guaranteed service, I asked that they come take care of it. It took them 3 1/2 weeks to get someone out to my house. Worse yet, when I called to see if they could get someone in sooner, they basically said "tough luck". They said they had a tech leave and there's a lot of wasp problems in the area right now so sorry but you'll have to wait. They finally did get someone out to the house but at that point, it was mid-September and activity was dying down as the nights cooled off. All the other bugs they said they protect against didn't get the memo either. Stink bugs, millipedes, etc. Foolishly, I decided to give them one more chance this season (since i had them in 2016 and didn't have nearly as many issues) and it's been nothing but a runaround of rescheduling appointments and long wait times. Not to mention the surly receptionists who are not at all interested in basic customer service. So I ended up going with Terminex. They were to my house in 48 hours and will be coming 4 times a year for $100 more a year than the single visit I get from Bugman and they also take care of small rodents. If you go with Bugman, I hope you have a better experience than I did. If you're getting the runaround from them, you can expect more of the same. I would add that their techs were all very professional and knowledgeable - never an issue there - but getting them to my house was a battle. Lastly, I would like to mention that I am not a clean freak, bug freak, or high maintenance customer by any stretch of the imagination. I was just looking for a good local company that could keep wasps from nesting in my house.

They came out the day after my call, the associate was punctual. He took a look and explained what he thought was going on and what he proposed. After he was done, he showed me the area and told me what to expect over the next few days and to call back if I saw any activity..that it would take 3-4 days for the problem to be eliminated. 1 day later, no activity at all, very relieved! Tha associate was professional and courteous ..I felt very comfortable with the whole experience.

The Bugman technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He sprayed both within the house (baseboards & water sources) and outside (entire perimeter). Within a few weeks, we stopped seeing any ants in our house. We did need to leave our house, and take our cats with us, for four hours after treatment, but that seemed like a reasonable precaution.

The qoute was delivered in a timely manner. This provider came recommended by a coworker so I didn't really shop around. They sprayed and took care of some carpenter bees. The last two years bees have been swarming our deck, but not this year. We did have to have them come back and spray again, but that is included in the price. Very easy to work with.
