Extremely expensive - if its not an emergency, avoid at all costs.

Service was timely and efficient. Technician was pleasant, quickly did his work, and cleaned up afterwards.

It was on a Sunday and I called them, I don't know where they came from. And they sent 2 different guys out here; one to try and figure out where the leak was coming from and another crew to suck up the water that was in the basement. They were prompt and the first guy who came out was very pleasant. He tried to find out where the leak came from but he couldn't find it, so he snaked my pipes to check whether there were roots from tress or something. First of all they shouldn't have charged me that much money. The amount of water they had to suck up wasn't that much. At a certain point I went down at 8:00 o'clock in the night and asked whether they were almost done because they were really talking to one another. I think they were just wasting time maybe trying to show that they were, whatever they were going to bill me for was whatever many hours. They didn't move quickly and in the final analysis, the problem was the washing machine. I needed a new washing machine that had nothing to do with the plumbing. So I wound out giving them $1300 for nothing. I will never ever call them again. By the way I called them to complain about the money, about how much they charged me so they gave me back $200. 

He was very good. He came in right away and cleared my drain. He was in and out in 5 minutes.

Told the plumber the slop sink was clogged . Plumber insisted that if he unclogged the sewer the sink would unclog. Charged $400.00 for that. He left with my $400.00 and the sink was still clogged! Told me the slop sink was another job that would cost $250.00. Called $49.99 Sewer Service (718) 456-4999, they unclogged the sink for a total of $56 43.

Roto-Rooter came out and assessed the situation. They were excellent! Very professional, polite, honest and extremely thorough. They answered all of my questions in detail and provided me with an enzyme solution to help eliminate the bugs in the drain. I am very happy with the experience and would highly recommend them.
