They gave me the wrong spark plugs but they replaced them so everything was okay. Their prices are reasonable. I buy oil and other things. They are convenient.

I made a simple purchase and took it to the checkout register. The price that came up was different from the one I thought I had seen on the shelf on which the air compressor was stored. When I mentioned that to the cashier, she tossed down a rebate form and continued checking me out. I was provided a single receipt and asked for a duplicate. The cashier refused and told me to "get a photocopy" in a very dismissive tone. Another employee who was chatting with the cashier snottily said, "Yeah, get it copied. It's only ten cents." I went to the manager to return the item (I decided I did not want to shop there), and was treated the same way. I clearly discovered why the staff treat their customers so poorly; their manager does the same thing. He even went so far as to insult me as he was completing the credit transaction. If you need auto parts, there are many places to go where you can get at least a modicum of respect as a customer. Sadly, this wasn't one of them for me.
