If there was a negative rating I would still consider it too high for this very unprofessional company. Do not get them to do any Hvac work . They sold us systems that were not compatible with our high flow velocity system and could not figure out why their system was not working . We have a new hvac company that came in and said wrong systems were put in . Do not hire this person

A series of negative experiences has caused me to leave this review. I was forced to purchase a new unit because the tech / Owner Ryan accidentally pierced a hole into the HVAC tube. $15700 and only 1 year later one of the YORK units broke and it's been 6 weeks waiting for a part. I was also hit with a service invoice which was 50% more expensive than other local companies. How can a routine service on an HVAC unit that is only one year old cost $475 for a routine service on a brand new unit? Then right after the routine service my unit breaksdown. How can a brand new unit breakdown and a part under warranty take 6 weeks from YORK to arrive? I was told that they are doing a courtesy for me by even ordering the new part and they arent obliged to solve this.

I came home to find a pipe had bursted and water was just hushing from my basement ceiling. It was already 8PM. By the time I searched and made a few calls, I reached them. They game me an ETA of 45 minutes, which was on point. They identified the source of the leak, provided a temporary solution to stop the leak that same night, but still make water available to the rest of the house. They followed up the next day with a more permamnent solution. I could not be more pleased. They were responsive, efficient, and it did not caost me an arm and a leg. I will be using them again.
