I hired Henry from Atlas Construction ] to sand and refinish my wooden stairs. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. During the sanding process, the contractor damaged several steps, leaving deep gouges and uneven surfaces. This was not just a minor issue; it significantly impacted the appearance and safety of the stairs. When I brought this to the contractor?s attention, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. They did not offer to repair the damage or provide any compensation, leaving me with additional repair costs and the inconvenience of finding another contractor to fix their mistakes. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend [Henry Atlas construction ]. Their lack of care and responsibility was unacceptable, and I would advise others to consider alternative options for their sanding and refinishing needs.The colors was way off and for him wasn?t a problem
