I've been having tons of problems with the monitor heater that was installed about 3 years ago. I don't think any of it was TNT's fault. They are generally pretty good about responding and doing emergency house calls. Only once did they say they were going to come out but it took them a lot longer to get out than I understood. It was a problem because I had renters at my cabin and there was no heat or water. They were apologetic and got to it soon after plus it was on a holiday weekend. Overall, these guys are reliable and not too expensive, especially considering there are very few service providers in this part of the Catskills.
