I've been taking my vehicles to Schreiber's for over a decade and they have always been fair priced, accommodating and honest. I have all of my oil changes, tires and mechanical work completed there. I've had them replace engines. I've had them sell a car for me. They also have a body shop and I have had the body worked on after playing chicken with a deer a couple of times.
Don't be afraid to ask them their opinion. They truly are more concerned about doing the right, cost effective thing than making a few more dollars. For example, if they think it's time to put money into a newer vehicle than to put money into your current vehicle, they will tell you.
You're simply not going to find a better automotive shop. This is one of those "once in a lifetime" kind of places.
