Excellent. They are a highly professional firm with a solid reputation in commercial work. This was a residential project to 13D specifications. Since the house is 100 years old it's construction is plaster on wood lath which is very difficult to access. Concesquently much of piping has to be exposed and thus metal instead of PVC. They did an excellent job figuring the design, minimizing the exposed piping and figuring the most economical system. our supply line from the street is only 3/4"d. normaly not enough to provide for the system we thought that we might need $6,000 worth of storage tanks with pumps in the basement, but we have high water pressure, Hank Munier, the engineering principal did calculations to establish that we could do without the tanks, provided we obtained a new 1"D water meter which we did. They handled all permits, including the complex backflow preventor to the state. We are complete with the project.
