FINALLY DONE after a very long wait

They are very good, they have a lot of stuff.

The experience was generally positive. They were very good. Very fast, very friendly and left the place nice and clean.

Their price was reasonable. The experience was average. They didn't go above and beyond. The only thing I didn't like was they forced me to buy a piece that was not necessary which I ended up having to return anyway. I had told them I don't need that piece and I had to fight to return the piece and they took it back in the end. The staff were fairly helpful.

Home Depot was very helpful.

They did a phenomenal job! I will use them again if the need arises.

One of the things about Home Depot is that you get the salesman coming in then you would never see them again, they send the crew and I didn't know how reliable it was. They don't need to be chatty and stay for 2-3 hours. I just want the information quickly. You get them in the house and they don't seem to want to leave. They think they are being nice and professional but it's not for me.

The subcontractor I was assigned had 23 years experience with this work. They were prompt, fast, polite and clean. All the windows openings (excepting one) were covered in plastic from inside the house and pulled and replaced from the outside due to lead issues. I had a Bay window installed in the Living room, this was done from inside the house. The area was properly sealed off to prevent any contamination inside my home. Any issues or concerns were promptly addressed to my satisfaction.

Carpet price was great. Carpet install price was just OK. Overall the whole experience was very good.

Both installs went very well. The contractors they used for both jobs were really great. Another company installed my front door was really great. Extremely punctual. He also cleaned up very well.

I needed new carpet for the 2nd floor of my condo (2 Br's, den/office, hall and stairs). Went to this Home Depot during a carpet sale of 10% off the carpet plus a free padding upgrade. I chose the carpet and sat with a sales person to enter the order and set a measurement date. Opened a HD credit card for additional 10% off but found out later when I went to confirm the order that I could not use this discount with a purchase of a sale item which the original sales person never mentioned. After a few phone calls I got them to concede the additional 10% off the carpeting but they would not do it on the installation costs. The carpet wasn't ready on the expected time line but instead took an additional 2 weeks. Once scheduled the contractors showed on time and did a very good job installing the carpet however left a few marks on the walls and were going to leave without vacuuming until I called them out on it. The carpet looks good.

We received a call around 7:30 am. On the day of installation that the carpet installer would arrive between 8:00 and 12:00. He arrived at 9:15 and immediately began working. He installed the padding and carpet and was very neat and clean. It was a small job, that was finished quickly. I am very happy with the results.
