Anthony came out to the house and listened to our need. He came up with a very good design idea and was willing to work with me to adjust it to fit our ideas as well. He was up front regarding what needed to happen prior to his work getting done and provided clear instructions. He also helped to rectify a mirror problem in the master bathroom that was paid for by our builder. His team was on time and friendly and did a good job on the installation. We would definitely use Anthony in the future.

We had a rock come through a plate glass window. They came out the next day to check it out, and got me an estimate to repair later on that day. The window was replaced within a few days - great work at a very reasonable price.

I've used PG for years and had 2 interior shower door frames installed as well as several oversized custom windows replaced. Their work is top-notch and they stand behind it. Professional, timely, polite. I marked prices "fair" because they are not inexpensive but the prices are worth the quality of materials and services delivered. I highly recommend.

It took a couple of weeks for the doors to come in. then we scheduled the installation for the following week. Installation was a breeze. They said that if would take most of a day to install but were finished a could of hours rarly. we have had the shower doors for 2 months and we are still very pleased.

Anthony quickly came to measure and give estimate for wall sized mirror in bathroom. While they were so busy we had to wait a month for installation, we were very happy with quality, professionalism and look of final product. While it was a little expensive, it really completed the look of our newly renovated master bathroom and would recommend Pleasantville Glass and Mirror without reservation.

They did a great job. Came quickly for the measurement and estimate. Ordering and payment details were fair and clear. Their estimates on time to make the doors were accurate, and once our glass was in they came to install it right away. They were very professional, cleaned up before leaving- even put floor mats htat they moved back where they were needed. I couldn't complain about anything they did. I will be going back to them for the next set of doors I need to do in my house!

I had previously posted a bad review because I had not heard back from them however there was in fact a miscommunication and we are on track. They have been able to locate a custom glass I needed and I've spoken with several people at their company. I don't know how to edit a posted review so just putting this up to clarify. They are sending Anthony out tomm to measure and ordering the glass for installation.

We provided dimensions of the table to Pleasantville Glass and one other area glass service we had used before. Pleasantville came in with the lower bid by $50. They sent someone within a couple of days to measure the table and then said it would be a couple of weeks before the glass top was ready for installation. At the two-week mark, I called to see how things were coming and was told they could bring it the following day. The truck arrived right at the time of the appointment; two very professional men carried the new top to the back patio and installed it--a perfect fit. Then, as promised, they took away the two pieces of the broken top. The new top is made of tempered glass and is much lighter than the old one but presumably less likely to break. Time will tell.

My experience was excellent although I only used them once. The man who owned the business came, was extremely pleasant and very professional. Everybody that he sent I would say the same about them. I had called them again for something else, but I did not use them because it was not so convenient. They are very far from me in the sense for them to come for a smaller job I would have to give them the measurements or I would have to pay for a service call, so it did not pay to use them. I think his prices are comparable to other people I called.

The measurements were taken and a new door was ordered. When the door was to be installed, the installers discovered that a wall in the shower stall was weak. This was only discoverable when they started the install process. They could have installed the door but felt it might only become a problem soon again. Shortly afterwards when we had the wall problem worked on, it was discovered that this might have indeed been the case. The install was rescheduled until the wall structure problem was corrected. They stored the door and did the install when the structural work was completed. What this experience indicated to me was that Pleasantville Glass did not want to just get a job done and finished with. They wanted to make sure that in the end, the job was done properly. For the actual installation, the installers were very professional, clean and detailed in the work that they performed. The times for scheduling and the actual work were convenient and prompt. It all went very well - from the time I contacted them by phone for an initial estimate, to the first visit to take measurements to the installation. They delivered on time and according to the contract amount. The mirrors for the project were on the complicated side in that they required holes by cut for sconces. When Anthony was measuring, he noticed one of the electrical outlets where the center hole was to be cut, was slightly off-center. My husband would have picked right up on this. We had the outlet moved and then Anthony came back again to re-measure. Despite his having to return again, they still met the original delivery date. They all worked very efficiently, cleanly with great attention to detail. A very professional organization. We highly recommend Pleasantville Glass and Mirror.
