I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR FAILURE TO FOLLOW UP ON ADDITIONAL WORK WE NEEDED. THEY CHANGED THE LOCKS, AND IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL. THE PEOPLE I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH WERE FINE.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY HAD GOOD PRODUCTS AND NICE SALES. THEY HAD GOOD MARKETING. THE INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONAL.
