I called. About 1-2 days later I recieved a call back and someone came about 3 days later for estimate. THe estimate was very reasonable. They said they would come most likely by Saturday. They actually came on Sunday and the guy who did the work did an exceptional job. He went down about 1 foot lower then ground level. I paid him/tipped him some and left and when I came back the job was done. There was a 10% off coupon that I mentioned to both the estimater and agent who took the call but because the price was so reasonable I really didn't fight it. The final piece was for me to dig the grinded stump and dirt into a barrel and dump in part of the yard I have this stuff stored. It was about 20 barrels full. They completely exceeded my expectations for the job and the price. Very happy and would use them again and definitely recommend them to others.

He is reliable and comes when he says he is going to come. He does everything by hand and he climbs up the tree. He just prunes by hand.
