Lou contacted me right away when I called about repairing my dryer. He came the next day and determined that the dryer's drum needed to be replaced. He said he would look up the parts and get back to me.  I thought this was great and was so impressed with how quickly he came over to check out the problem. However, it was all down hill from here.  I had to call him several times and email the site to even get a response from him. When he finally called back, he said he was still looking up the parts.  This took 3 weeks? I called three more times to follow up with no response...needless to say, my dryer still isn't fixed and I will not be calling Lou back again. I would think that they would want the business or at least have the common courtesy to call customers back.

The serviceman took a lot of time (in my opinion) to figure out how to access the control circuitry. He said he'd order the required part, and would return to install it without a new $75 visit fee. (Before making the service appointment, I was told that the policy is to not charge a return visit fee to install the part, and I relied on this assertion.) He never called or returned. My three calls to the company were answered by a person who said Lou would call me back; he never did.
