I had a broken lock and could not use my door. They were here within hours of my call. They installed a new door knob and lock and arrived with the extra keys I requested. They did a great job of installing the lock and then tested the door and every key to be certain everything was working well. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

The locksmith performed the cylinder changes in a nicely short time and without much of a problem - only one lock was not smoothly turning with the key and that was fixed with a shot of WD-40. The reason I would not hire this locksmith again is because HE STOLE MY OLD CYLINDERS! They were my property and not his to take. This is a very common problem with locksmiths and other service people. They have to be watched every minute. There was nothing wrong with those cylinders. I told him that all the locks and doorknobs were changed in 2009 so the cylinders were in excellent condition and he would know that. I image they can re-use them in someone elses doors when needed or maybe I'll find them on ebay. They were MYproperty and they were stolen!

They were very prompt; they came out the very next day. The installation was very smooth. They had a great price. They gave a discount for cash payment. They charged me $200 for two dead bolts. I will definitely use them again in the future.
