DO NOT HIRE CHARLIE O. This guy is a crook! We gave him a $5,000 deposit to do work and he left the country and spent our money. He never paid us back. We complained to Consumer Protection, the BBB and the Attorney General but we still can't get our money back.

The result was broken, scratched tiles with uneven and flaking grout. They skimped on the amount and quality of materials, were sloppy on install (upside down tiles, didn’t remove blue painters tape before installing baseboards, scratched new tiles, uneven/sloppy room transitions (Hollywoods) and flaking grout. He also blew off my concerns and talked negatively about other customers. Tiles started cracking and grout starting flaking within 3 months after install. While never admitting fault, he said he would repair some if the issues (not all). After several months of pressure, he dropped off replacement tiles, only for me to realize they were rejects with imperfections all over (not same quality as installed tiles). He then refused to fix anything or refund any money- told me to call his insurance company and stopped communicating. A very expensive lesson to learn…if a contractor isn’t listening to your concerns…fire them. I hope this review saves one person from making my costly mistake.
