We called Delco and we explained that it was an emergency door could fall onto the car at any moment. Even with little advance notice and one of their repairmen happened to be out sick, Kevin (owner) managed to send workers to the house to repair the garage door and even did a minor repair that was noticed in the garage at no cost. Their price was very fair considering the emergency situation and the amount of work.. I would very highly recommend them.

Kevin arrived on time and appeared very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend again.

Superb work and interaction with the worker, (sorry, forgot his name), who showed up the day I called and installed everything within a couple of hours. He also spent some time instructing me on how the system worked. Would use again in a heartbeat. Couple of areas for improvement: When you call the Delco number to reach them, it appears as though it is an answering service? --- I explained my situation, the person on the other end of the line did not give any feedback as to what could be the cause or how soon someone could show up. The person merely said, "Let me take your name and number and I will have someone get back to you." This was done around 9 AM on a weekday, so thought it should be during office hours, and thought I would get in touch with an actual garage door technician. Also, the work vans used by Delco need a little refurbishment, but nothing serious. That is a matter of perception; in terms of the work done, they are without equal. (That's the reason for the Professionalism grade of "B"; merely the perception of the van itself.) That said, they did a great job within a very short demand timeframe, so I would suggest others to employ them when they can. I will use them again in the future.

Great! From their knowledgeable salesman to their thorough workmen. They were very personable and professional. They made sure all our requirements were met and we understood the workings of the system. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Delco Garage Door Company!

Matt came promptly after my initial to them. He diagnosed the problem. Replaced sensors that were worn out. I was happy that he came when he did because it was snowing.

My son had a good experience with them. What stood out to me was his knowledge of what to expect in the future since he put in a very specialized door. The door installer who came out was responsive and got back pretty quick to my son's inquiry.

Went well. They showed up within an hour of my call and all the work was done promptly.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. WHENEVER I HAD ANY QUESTIONS THEY TOOK TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. THE OWNER OF THE STORE ALWAYS CALLED ME BACK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. THEY HAD CALLED EARLY ONE WEEK AND ASKED ME TO SEE IF THEY COULD COME EARLY WHICH I THOUGHT WAS EXCELLENT.

IT WAS QUITE POSITIVE AND WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND WE WERE HAPPY.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD. I WASN'T HERE. MY WIFE WAS HERE, BUT THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME AND THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. I'M VERY SATISFIED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

WE CALLED THEM, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND THEN WE HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM AFTER THAT. THEY CAME RIGHT DOWN TO FIX IT. WE DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY IT WAS GOING UP AND DOWN SO THE MAN CAME AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY.
