Service was quick, convenient and professional... and they came on Sunday! Beware of the sales people though... they quoted a prince that was about $10.00 less per month than actual fees. When they say 'all in' they don't include taxes which are part of the local jurisdiction.

The technician was excellent. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I have been very pleased with the job that he did. And, while the Cablevision (Optimum) service is sort of expensive, I think I am getting good internet speed, TV and phone service.

Overall - I love optimum. Your technician's over the phone are very professional and very knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to seek their help.....
I'm not happy about the increase I just got. I'm a senior citizen on a very fixed income and it's very difficult to absorb this increase.
I asked for some consideration, but was told nothing could be done to help me. I went from $108.00 to $147.00, THAT'S A LOT OF MONEY EACH MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We always had the slowness issues, few group of technicians came
to my house multiple times, the problem is never completely solved. There’s no other Internet and Cable services
around the area, so I have to stay with CableVision.

My husband was having trouble witih our internet connection and contacted cablevision via his cell phone. We have the and quot;triple playand quot; option of phone, T.V. and Internet service with Cablevision. Just our internet connection was down. The company offered immediate assistance over the phone and then offered suggestions on troubleshooting any similar problems in the future. He and I were happy with the outcome and their suggestions.

My day was filled with moving, organizing and other emotions. The last thing I needed to do was return my items to Cablevision. The attendant was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. What I expected to be an issue was a pleasant experience.

On my 4th cable box in livingroom. Dvr service is subpar. The dvr box that allows instant replay of live tv is garbage and crashes. Not flexible on price and didn't care when I tried lower my service instead of going to Fios.

Overall they are just ok. Dealing with tech support and customer service is always a challenge. Since the only other option is fios, which ive tried and hated, I have no choice but to use them.

I don't suppose this is different from other mega cable companies but I strongly object to special offers followed by price creeping up. I pay over $200 month! (combined phone, internet and TV). In the last 5 years I threatened to switch and they gave modest price reductions.

The installation process went very good. They told me they had an opening for the afternoon sometime between 2 to 6 . Roberto called me and told me he was checking out the connection outside and shortly will be coming inside for the installation of the cable from outside to inside. Once he came in, he asked me where I was going to put the modem and where was the TV going to be placed so he can make the cable long enough. I asked him if he can possible make it longer, because I moved the furniture from one side to the other sometimes and I didn't wanted to run into a problem once I do. Roberto had no problem in giving more cable inside the house. Thank you!
