Description of Work: Glen locked in a mortgage rate for us as soon as he received our paperwork, even though we closed a number of weeks later. This move saved us thousands of dollars on our mortgage. Glen was responsive to our needs. We would have preferred had he fully disclosed all of his fees up front. However, the fees seemed fair.
