"MY FEES ARE ALWAYS NEGOTIABLE. I THOUGHT I WAS VERY CLEAR ON MY FEES. IF I WASN'T I DO APOLOGIZE. I THINK 1% OF THE LOAN AMOUNT WAS VERY FAIR. ALL OTHER FEES ARE CUSTOMARY AND DO NOT GO TO ME. THEY ARE AN UNFORTUNATE PART OF PURCHASING AND REFINANCING."
