Awful, forgot the moving blankets and said they would be back the next day. Next day came and went. I called and found out that they decide to not deliver them. They did come back the next day to deliver blankets. Then when they came back to pickup Pod for storage at their location the driver thought it was an empty container. They billed me for $190 worth of service that even Accounts Receivable could not figure out. I needed a second container and went with Go Mini's. They were 10 fold easier to deal with and half the prices. Stay way from Pods.

Make sure you order the right size the first time.
They should have combination locks instead of a key. Sometimes it's going somewhere were the key can't get there in the time allowed.
Need to consider how you pack the POD. The furniture should be put in first, less chance of damage.
They should have a suggestion list when they leave the POD in how to pack it.

They are really good! I liked their pricing and that that they allowed me to pick the timing of the move. They showed up at 6:30 am and moved a two bedroom condo within 3 hours and helped me move things from my other storage facility into there's. It will cost $1600.00 to move my items from the storage center to Georgia.
