PHILIP C PANDOLFI

I called Mr. Pandolfi looking to get an estimate for architectural plans for a home addition to our master bedroom and foyer. He was very professional and helpful over the phone and we spoke for a little while about what we wanted done. He gave me a price of how much it would cost to draw up the plans and asked me to fax him a copy of our land survey. A few days later Mr. Pandolfi called saying he had to decline the job because he was just offered a big commercial job and could not turn it down, which is completely understandable. However, as a courtesy he offered advice based on the survey and helped me determine what may need to be done with variances and permits. He also recommended two other architects for us to call. Mr Pandolfi's professionalism and willingness to help seem to make him a good choice for an architect in his area. Even though we are not using him this time around, his name will stay at the top of my list for future work we may need done. It is not often that you find a person who is willing to offer advice when they having nothing to gain.
