+ -1 moreEverything went fine. I originally got the wrong air conditioner because the person didn't say exactly what I needed, but I don't think it was their fault. They were very easy and accommodating about changing units.

+ -1 moreI DID NOT LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT CHANGED MY CONTRACT TERMS, WHICH DID NOT MAKE ME HAPPY AT ALL. OVERALL, I DID RECEIVE A GOOD DEAL ON MY DVD/STEREO AND INSTALLATION PRICE.
