Great! Bill Hancock helped us pick our kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity. Bill helped us envision the new kitchen design. We love our new kitchen cabinets. Bill is knowledgeable and friendly! We liked him so much that we went back when it was time to renovate our bathrooms.

The cabinets were delivered and installed by existing experienced contractor. They looked good.  But, I called and told salesman that left side drawers under sink would not auto close and were misaligned, even though I adjusted them several times. The contractor blamed the provider, and the provider blamed the contractor.   I brought them back to the showroom at his suggestion, where they were tested and said to be level.  However, when I put the drawers back they were still noticeably misaligned.  Sandy repairs were taking up most of our time, so I followed up again with calls and sent a cell phone picture.  He replied with some instructions.  But after that I never heard anything and several phone calls were not returned. If someone experienced had come to the house, the problem may have been solved straight away.  The sandy re-build still takes up most of our time, so endless follow-ups are not realistic.  We are now well past the warranty period, stuck with drawers that don't work right, and will most likely have to pay more to have them fixed. The promised service after the sale never fixed the problem.

She answered any and all of my questions, made suggestions, she listened to me, gave me various possibilities, and helped me choose the right ones.

We are not finished with them so I don't have the whole story at this point.

I had interactions with them through my builder. I recall that they produced very fine quality products. They were very co-operative and responsive to some of my requirements to a customized kitchen. I never had any problems with them. The price was included in the price of the house and I paid only for the materials. They were as good as anybody in terms of the kitchen cabinets and there was nothing that was especially outstanding about them. They did a satisfactory job and some of the builders had used them. The product was not of a top quality. I would consider using them in the future.

They were excellent and I was very pleased. I would reccomend them to anyone.

I LOVE THE CABINETS. THEY ARE ALL THE EXACT HEIGHT I REQUESTED. THEY PLACED EACH OF THE CABINETS WHERE I ASKED FOR THEM TO GO NOT WHERE THE WORKERS THOUGHT THEY SHOULD. THEY WERE SO EASY TO WORK WITH I WOULD NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT HAVING THE JOB DONE AGAIN.
