The cabinets were delivered and installed by existing experienced contractor. They looked good. But, I called and told salesman that left side drawers under sink would not auto close and were misaligned, even though I adjusted them several times. The contractor blamed the provider, and the provider blamed the contractor. I brought them back to the showroom at his suggestion, where they were tested and said to be level. However, when I put the drawers back they were still noticeably misaligned. Sandy repairs were taking up most of our time, so I followed up again with calls and sent a cell phone picture. He replied with some instructions. But after that I never heard anything and several phone calls were not returned. If someone experienced had come to the house, the problem may have been solved straight away. The sandy re-build still takes up most of our time, so endless follow-ups are not realistic. We are now well past the warranty period, stuck with drawers that don't work right, and will most likely have to pay more to have them fixed. The promised service after the sale never fixed the problem.
"This review is a complete falsity. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was not our customer, but she was the customer of a contractor that made the cabinet purchase from us. We had no direct dealings with her, only her contractor. We DID NOT measure anything at her house. We were provided a cabinet layout by her contractor that was created by another kitchen design firm and were simply told to match it. As for a promise of delivery, I am not sure what she is talking about. Maybe her contractor did the job four weeks later than he promised. As for payment in full demand up front, again this must have been her contractor that SHE hired completely on her own. We were not paid by her. We were paid by her contractor. Any monetary exchange she had with regard to the cabinets had to be between her and her contractor. It seems that she thinks that her contractor was affiliated with us in some way but he simply was our customer, a middleman to her."
