Housing Rehabilitation Assistance (HRA) is a community based organization primarily created to deal with the two main issues that prevent most homeowners from completing home improvement projects: Affordability and Difficulty finding contractors.Many homes, especially older ones are in dire need of repairs and renovations, whether for upkeep or for energy efficiency reasons. In difficult economic times, these home improvement projects often go undone due to many homeowner’s false perception that they are simply unaffordable. One of HRA’s core missions is to open the door to homeowners to give them access to various programs that will enable them to make an otherwise unaffordable home improvement project fit within their budget. Our HRA representatives are experts in determining which of these programs will best suit our clients’ needs and will work hand in hand with them to devise a plan that is effective and affordable.
