Sanding and stain OK, but still waiting for the wood floor vent which was promised as part of job. Spoke at least 3 times with their home office, often repeating dimensional information which was previously provided but never acted upon. I was had.
Installation of laminate flooring very poorly done. Not enough room left to accommodate expansion, which resulted in extreme buckling. Subsequent callback fixed some of the problem, but soft, spongy areas remain. I never received a follow-up call to see if I was satisfied. I was not.

I would not recommend them. The finishing work was okay but the callback was terrible. The finished floor was fine but there were some additional things that they promised and never delivered on in spite of constant calls. It was difficult to get them to come back after they did the job.
