Framing Service
I was reluctant to place my order with Decor, as I stopped doing business with them in 2009 because of a problem following a delay in a promised delivery. But seeing that Decor had merged with another company, I was hoping that customer service had improved, and decided to give them another chance.
I placed an order for a joined frame on December 17. Although I had an account, I was told that I needed to use a credit card and did so. The confirming order and invoice arrived with the total of $91.80, which I expected to see. No shipping charges were indicated in the phone order, confirming order and invoice.
When the shipment arrived, I was asked to pay and additional $79.11. I called Decor and asked about refusing the shipment. I
was told by Decor that I would have to pay double the freight - for the original shipment and the return to Decor - if I refused the order.
I would have never placed the order had I known about the shipping charges upfront. There are other moulding companies who are upfront and honest with their customers. I'll never learn younger about hidden costs. My biggest regret is that I decided to place my trust in Decor again, and I cannot recommend doing business with them. In my opinion, Decor is not a friend of small business.

CLERK EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF POSTER BOARDS AND WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR THE PROJECT THE CHILDREN WHERE DOING. SHE ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THE COLORFUL ARTWORK WOULD LOOK NICE ON A BLACK BACK GROUND.
