We compared these windows w/ another sound-proof window company. The prices were close, but CityQuiet was slightly cheaper. Additionally, one of our neighbors has the sound-proof CitiQuiet windows in their bedroom, and we were amazed at how quiet it was (while looking at delivery trucks out of the window and a barking dog - which we could not hear).
The installers arrived around 15 minutes late, but they were very professional, and they installed all 3 windows within an hour. They caulked around each window, and cleaned up before leaving.
While the noise has not been completely elliminated, it's at least quiet enough to allow us to sleep through. The low-pitch bass sounds are virtually gone, but the high-pitched sounds are still slightly audible. It's still a huge improvement, and we sleep better.
