In my first contact by phone I spoke with Alarm Tech's representative, Joe Coffey. I was immediately impressed by the scope and depth of his knowledge about security. During the installation of the additional equipment for the upgrades and in the ensuing months, my initial impression was confirmed by his thoroughness. Furthermore, Joe is a terrifically pleasant person with whom to deal.
But Joe is not the only talented person on the Alarm Tech staff. The installers, Craig and Joe, were skillful, neat and careful and fastidious in cleaning up. Also like Joe, they were a pleasure to have in our home.
Now that the system upgrades have been in place for almost a year, I must admit that in the course of learning the new equipment, I've triggered two false alarms, so I've also dealt with the monitoring personnel. They were helpful and responsive and like the other staff with whom we had contact, very pleasant.
The quarterly monitoring charge of about $90 is very reasonable for the level of protection our home has.

Again, I have been impressed with the professionalism and quality of the on site installers and with the wilingness of all of the representatives of the company, especially the president, Jeff Bertuccio, to assist me on the phone whenever I have a question or concern.
I have not had a single complaint since first using the company in 1999.

THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD AND I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM SINCE THE JOB WAS DONE. THE SERVICEMAN CAME RIGHT AWAY AFTER I CALLED. HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK WHEN HE GOT THERE, IT ONLY TOOK TEN MINUTES.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY MUCH BETTER. THEY ARE QUICKER TO RESPOND WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. THEY ALSO COST A LOT LESS THAN WHAT THE COMPANY I HAD BEFORE WAS CHARGING.
