Bee's found a way into the house through the outside.  After having tried to self-correct the issue with little success had to find a company to call in to assist.  Checked reviews and found Kelly Exterminating.  Spoke to Valerie and scheduled an appointment for the next day.  Met Ryan who was prompt and knowledgeable.  We identified the area the bee's appeared to be coming in the home also checking other interior and exterior locaitons.  Ryan assured us he could resolve the issue also indicating if may take one or two additional visits for no additional fee/charge.  So far the everything appears to have worked without the need for another visit. 

We called Kelly Exterminating to help solve a serious bee issue for us, when our usual exterminator could not make time to come over.  We were able to get a same-day appointment, and Ryan was just awesome.  He is knowledgeable, patient, and hardworking.  He took the time to listen to the issue, and really spent time and energy in and around our house to help find and eliminate the source of our bee problem.  He was completely kind, honest, and upfront throughout, and he came back to check things out when we thought the problem was still happening.  (and he never charged us for the return visit)
Our 'usual' exterminator completely blew us off on this issue and was very clear that they had no interest in helping - we got very lucky finding Ryan, and are very grateful for his time and hard work!  (the issue was completely resolved)

He was prompt & polite, explained what he was doing and why. He was honest in saying our problem really was not a problem & that  he did not think a follow up spray was necessary which is an an additional fee.

Very responsive, professional service.  This is a family owned business.   Returns phone message promptly and showed was on time for the appointment.  Explained in details about each area and what was to happen. I was hesitant about killing bees but Ryan explained they were not the honey bees and they were preventing people from using the front walk.  He suited up and sprayed the area.  He said if I saw a bee in the next few days call him and he'd return.  I saw one bee in each region and true to his word he arrived and sprayed again and so far no bees and we can use the walk again.  I would not hesitate to call them for anything in the future.  They were professional, caring and personable.  Wonderful way to run a business!!!

Kelly Exterminating returned my call promptly. I was able to schedule their first visit quickly. They evaluated the problem and explained the necessary solution. The work was done efficiently. The problem was solved. They are pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

Ryan is UNBELIEVABLY sweet and honest. He took a look around and let me know that given all the work that I did to mitigate our carpet beetle problem he didn't think we needed his services. I so appreciate his honesty. If we do have a pest issue in the future, he will be the first one I'll call.

First, let me start by saying we looked at another Angies List company and they were 50 bucks cheaper.  I chose Kelly because I have two small children (both under three) and they assured me they would use childrens safe products.  Also, the receptionist i spoke to, Valerie Kelly, was pleasant on the phone as we chatted about our kids.  That was the clincher for me.
The service was done by her brother and was five minutes early.  He was quick, efficient, professional, answered all of my questions and was nice.  I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly Exterminating to anyone.

Took over yearly contact for checking termite monitors for my home.  They did not charge to take over the contract (unlike other companies I talked with).  They check the monitors monthly (8 times a year), unlike the typical 3 month schedule of other companies (3 times a year).  The technician seemed not to be a scholar, but seemed to have a lot of practical experience, which made up for it.

Came on time.  Was courteous and knowledgeable.   Thought price was a tad high for work performed.   Had to downgrade responsiveness cause they dont answer emails - only the phone.    All in all good experience.

I found Kelly's through Angie's List in 2011 and have not been disappointed.  Previously, we had been using the same exterminator used by our home's former owners (for spiders, ants, etc.), which wound up being a mistake.  We didn't know what a thorough job was until Ryan from Kelly's Exterminating arrived!  Not only is he knowledgeable, but he's a pleasure to deal with, punctual and honest.
