We called on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency call out to clear our main sewer pipe that was backing up into our downstairs bathtub. We received a call back within 15 minutes and the techs arrived within an hour and a half. They quickly located the problem and worked professionally and cleanly to fix the blockage in our pipes. They gave us helpful information on how to help prevent these types of issues occurring in the future. I would recommend them, and I would use them again in the future.

Dave Goldberg Plumbing referred our call to Drainco. Steve called within a short period of time and was at our home shortly after that. Within a 1/2 hour, he got the plumbing up and running. The price was a bit higher than we would have liked to have paid but it was Saturday evening. Steve was very professional, courteous and clean.

They are wonderful. They are clean; you don't even know they were in the house. They cleaned my main line and they told me what was wrong with my main line because we have septic. It was excellent. They were pleasant and they were clean. I was just amazed at how clean they were and how they cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything to you; what they were doing and how this could be avoided. It was very informative. I highly recommend them.

I called them up and they sent someone over within an hour. They were fast, and professional. He got my pipes cleaned before the rain started which was a big help.

The tenant in a rental apartment which I own in Yonkers called to say the bathtub was draining slow. I live 20 minutes away and I had hoped to look at it myself over the weekend, but the next day she called back to say it took the tub 6 hours to drain. It was a warm week and they needed to be able to take showers. I haven't needed a drain company in 20 years, so I needed help fast. That night I checked Angies list and found that Drainco was in a town near the property. I called them in the morning and got a quick call back (although they apologized for not calling back sooner). They were there that morning, got the drain cleared quickly and gave the tenant some advice on how to avoid a repeat. A bill arrived at the end of the month for the price they had quoted over the phone. I'm keeping their number on file.

After moving in to our house, the kitchen sink clogged and we were able to unclog it with draino. Unfortunately, it clogged a second time on Friday afternoon (Good Friday). After trying to snake the clog ourselves, we realized it was too far down the line and we called Drainco on Saturday morning. They arrived Saturday afternoon and cleared the clog. Many of the gaskets were worn out and one part of the drain line needed to be replaced, all of which they replaced. They also explained how drains can clog when you start running water in a house that had been sitting vacant for a few months, as well as showing us the main access to the line and providing other information about our new homes plumbing system. They were prompt, thorough, reasonably priced and we would use them again and recommend them to others.

I called and asked if I could get same day service. Chris answered my call and was helpful. She assured me they could come out that same day. They followed up with a call and then arrived as scheduled. Steve arrived and quickly went to work . He investigated the problem and worked to solve it although it was a bit more complex than we originally thought. Overall it was a great experience and they were quick and courteous, I would use them again.

Bill arrived as scheduled and carried out the work very professionally, as ensured that the drains were freely flowing. At the end, he cleaned the work area thoroughly. He also gave some sueful tips for maintanance of the draining in all three bathrooms. Bill was patient, pleasent and cheerful. The charges for the work were very reasonable.

We had a blocked drain. They came promptly when called. They brought in there machine and cleared the line in no time. They were courteous and the price was very fair. They did not leave any mess.

Everything was great. Called at 8:30 PM and they came out at 9:30 and started isolating the problem. Job was done in 40 minutes.

These guys are great, Steve in particular. They showed up on time, didn't waste any time while doing their work and they did a great job of answering all of my questions.
