WEST-EX ASSOC INC

If I could give a negative star rating I would give them -5. They are the WORST management company to deal with. They lie, refuse to do their job and are rude as **** to shareholders. Barbara Groden is the owner and is the absolute worst of the bunch. She clearly has set the tone for all the employees to just ignore shareholders issues or flat out refuse to correct any issue that arises. The board should be embarrassed and ashamed for keeping this company as it is a hindrance to everyone who lives in the building. These are not rentals and people cannot just move out to get away from this problem. This affects resale value of every person who lives in a building managed by this company. Also, the environment of your building is affected by neighbors who hate each other and there are actual fights between neighbors since the policy of West-Ex is to tell you to call the police on your neighbors rather than to enforce the "house rules" or fix the problem.
