I am giving the a B because the guy told me that it was a huge job. My daughter and I just pulled down the column right in front of them. They left the guy there to do some ply wood. The guy who came to give the estimate was knowledgeable. They were big on exaggerating. I provided the materials. It is probably something I could have done poorly myself because no one sees it. It is over priced for what I got. They were responsive, they came right away. They were punctual.

Quality of work excellent. Only issue was I had multiple occurrences where Rick said he would call me and he didn't. This happened at least 3 times. It took him a month to cut the trim kit. I would still use again as quality of work by Rick and Walt was excellent. But I would ask Rick to please be better about calling when he says he will.

They got the job done. I did have some follow up that I had to call them for. But we were satisfied.

Very good workmanship by Rick's team (Walt etc) came back when some parts were either missing or defective and completed job. We were very happy with the experience..the only slight negative was reaching the provider..but they more than made up for that by fixing stuff I had been trying to get fixed for years at a great Angie's List price..if they advertise a deal again..I will buy it..

I had crown molding installed.  Rick estimated 2 days, and he had 3 guys in each day to ensure the work was done on time.  The crown molding looks great, I love it!  Will use them again for future work.

Great experience - dad found Rick online, called him, connected him with me.  We set up a time for Rick to come and assess the damage.  He gave some thoughts, cleaned up the glass, took the damaged window to a colleague, and got home to repair it.  Rick had given us a range of expected costs, depending on whether it cold be repaired or had to be replaced. 

He called me when it was ready.  Rick was flexible and met me outside regular business hours.  He brought back the repaired window, and explained that he was able to get it repaired, which saved us money.  He helped me clean up the wood we had on the window.  We were in a vulnerable position, and he could have refused the small job, or hiked the price, but he didn't.  He was meticulous about cleaning up, and treating this job as if it was a 6 figure one.

All the work was done perfectly, and the room was left in mint condition.  The workers arrived on time, cleaned up each day, and planned all aspects of the projects to my exact desires.
