Tom was always on time...as neat as a pin...and very reliable...He did everything we asked.

He is very good! He is friendly and easy to work with. Also, he is punctual and he arrives on time. I like him!

Overall, the work was done in two days, and he left the apartment clean and all put back together. I was extremely satisfied.

He did a great job. The price was good and he was very effiecint. He didn't leave anythign behind and the clean up was great. He was also very friendly. The job was done perfectly.

ng under a gate leading into my back yard so it could be secured at the bottom and not blow open when it gets windy and fixed the latch on another gate so it opened easier.
I may be leaving something out, but you get the picture. All these little things that can drive you crazy and take forever to find the right part to make work Tom fixed in two days.
He is professional, polite, a real gentleman. He came exactly when he said he would and worked the entire day through. He was fully prepared with what he needed to get the job done. So glad we found him and once we accumulate another list, we will ask him to come back (hopefully he won't be too busy!!)

Tom was extremely responsive and followed up to all inquiries. He was forthcoming about his schedule and availabilty. I can't say enough positive things about his level of communication - it makes all the difference. He works cleanly, efficiently and systematically. I am beyond happy with the work he did in my home. Tom was extremely neat, clean and conscientious. He came out to quote the job the day after I called him. He let me know when he would be able to make it to the house, but was able to squeeze us in a week earlier than expected. He was a little late coming to the house because of traffic but called to keep me posted of his eta. He worked methodically through out the day, tackling each job efficiently. The bill came in at his quoted price and he straightened up completely before leaving.

It was great. I had someone else come originally and the work and price were good but he did not show up one day. I called project Masters. He was very neat. Everything was done very accurately. He was insistent on making sure everything was lined up perfectly. On the dryer he came back with another part to make sure it was perfect. He was very professional and showed up on time. It was very good.

Work went very well. Window blinds seem good as new. He spackled over the area where the projector screen was mounted, and the wall looks as good as one could hope for there. I strongly recommend Project Masters.
