Paolo and his apprentice came to do a thorough review of our heating boiler as well as to fix a drain leak. During the boiler review some necessary maintenance work came up. Everything was done very professionally and well. Paolo explained all details and gave us appropriate choices for the necessary remedies. Paolo did not try to sell us unnecessary products or services, on the contrary, we received honest advice not to do certain investments at this time, as they are not necessary.
Paolo is not the cheapest plumber, but good quality work has its price and his prices are definitely fair and very worthwhile. I definitely will hire him again and can highly recommend him.

It was always easy to contact Paolo. He told us when he would be on the job and he always arrived on time. Paolo is extremely neat! He always cleaned up before leaving for the day. One of the things I really like about Paolo is that he listened carefully to what I wanted to have done and showed me that he valued my opinion as the customer. Everything turned out perfect!
