We have been using Multisolutions Cleaning for nearly 15 years. The personal and professional quality of housekeepers is fully matched by the owner's responsiveness and personal attention. Over the years some of the providers had to transition out of the job. In each of these cases, the replacement house cleanining provider was fully trained by the company owner, thereby causing minimal intervention. In other times, they stepped up to provide as-needed, one off help quickly and professionally. As a full-time working mother, their service, is essential.

Wonderful power wash job, they did it on time, my house was looking great at the end, I am using them in all my cleaning needs and they are not pricey. The owner is very comunicative to understand what I want done. Definitely very helpful for me.

They were fantastic and affordable, they had their own supplies and did the job in one day, the owwer at the end was looking everything and all the details were done. I really recommend this company, very satisfied.

I just had 1 BR move out clean....the girl who came to work was doing good job but was very slow as to prolong the time. their vaccum cleaner was so bad, i had to call my sister get hers and done by myself apart from paying them for 3hours. Good Work, but looks like they want to prolong than said time for more money.

The professional who came to my property to clean up was good. She was very kind and worked very hard to meet expectations.

I'm sorry to say that this was the worst cleaning experience I've had. They were very nice people who worked hard and meant well but the end result was terrible. Almost everything above eye level was ignored, including ceiling fans which were specifically included in the proposal. Also a huge 15 panel bay window was somehow completely missed along with too many items to list separately. Our biggest complaint was finding an antique wooden set of drawers very wet and smeared because it had been "dusted" with a cloth that was being dunked in a bucket of water and rung out. This wet cloth technique resulted in many areas where dust has been replaced by dirty smears from the cloth. We are now looking to hire someone to come in and clean not only what they missed but also to redo and undo much of what was done. In their defense they offered to go back over anything we weren't happy with but the lack of experience in the workers made us just want to get everyone out of the house.

My experience with this company was very good. They arrived on time got right to work and completed the large task of clearing out the junk and a deep cleaning. All as budgeted and timely in one day.

This women-owned business did a spectacular job! I needed my 1400 sq ft townhouse cleaned top to bottom before putting it on the market for rent. The owner came with two workers, as she estimated I would need, and we went over everything I needed. When they were finished, the place looked amazing! Very attentive to detail. The only negative was they estimated 4 hours, and it took 5 hours, but it was well worth the overage. I highly recommend them!

Worked very slow, it took the whole day for 5 girls to clean the house and they didn't finish the job that was required. Left dirty spots and unclean places, so I needed to follow them and show where and what should be cleaned again.

Very pleasant and hardworking girls. They were perhaps a little slow, but on the whole I would recommend them. The house is now fundamentally clean.

I hired them and needed there help quickly and they did come out quickly so I am greatfull for that. However- they were late and they were not very thourough with the cleaning and the job took longer than they said it would. They did charge me a flat rate however. I have now noticed scuff marks on my wall.

Very dependable and efficient....overall a very rewarding experience for a "move-out" cleaning...I only wish they worked in my area so I could hire them on a regular basis!!!!!
