His name is Doug Irwin. He is licensed, insured, has a NORA certification, and is also bonded. I've known him for many years and he is incredible. He is very conscientious for what he does. He doesn't charge outrageous prices, does senior citizen discounts, and has evening appointments. He is fair and will do follow ups for free. He responds quickly. You feel that you are working with someone that cares what happens at your home. He is extremely knowledgeable and has years of experience. He has worked for people for many years and has started his own business. I wish him well.
