They did the majority of the work.  What remains to be done is replace the front door, frame and paint around the exterior door, grout and caulk my shower, and repair my shower nozzle.  All of these tasks were included in the agreed upon list of work to be done.  He just quit showing up and quit returning my phone calls.  I've contacted him multiple times about completing the job.  He was kind of sneaky in getting me to pay him in full. Any time I gave him money, I had him sign a piece of paper, though. I gave him notice that if I didn't hear from him about completing the work, I would report him and I still haven't heard back from him.  I've tried calling from other phone numbers, which he'll call back and say that he lost my phone number.  I also called the referral source, and he plays innocent with them, too.
