+ -1 moreThe project was behind schedule and the prioriti s that we established were not maintained. In the middle of the project, after paying over 60% I received a phone call stating that the Prep company was refusing to move forward without revisiting the fees in the contract. I stated I was not willing to pay more. None of the project with in the contract were completed, not one. I refused to pay more until I saw any substantial progress. With that the company left the house and did not come back. They left a mess and all of the rubbis from the renovation in the garage, in front of the house and in the backyard. As an added insult they Anchise to do this all the morning of our move as the movers were loading he truck. So we were forced to move in and pay someone to remove all of he debris, clean the layers of dust around the house.
Description of Work: All the windows and doors need to repairing, attic was to be partially finished, create laundry room in basement, renovate the powder room, renovate the den and refinish the floors and other misc. repairs around the house.
