They are responsive but they just never can fix a problem. We have intermittent outages all day long and all week long. They are little micro outages that they can't figure out why exactly we have it. They are not willing to re-run wiring to our house. I have no other choices. If I had any other choice, I would not use them again.

They provide my cable TV services. They have very good services. The customer service reps are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have never been charged for a service call. The service people have always been professional and pleasant.

I'm a Sr. on limited income, they gave a deal for $ 30/m for 1 year. After the year it went up to double. They wouldn't back on the new price, but they gave a land line (phone) foe $ 4. extra. I took it because with solar flares coming all of our satelites and electric grids will be fried. All and all they are good under their corporate skin.

Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook's CEO, is pushing for free Internet which is the way it should be, the costs of providing them are not that high-it's a gold mine for providers.

Dish has a scam, they ad TV for $20.99 + $14.99 for internet. When you call they are quick to send the installing man for TV; when you asked about internet they say: and quot;Oh no, we don't have that service in your area.and quot; When you start saying: and quot;But the ad said.....and quot; youi'll find you talking to yourself because they hung up.

They increase pricing all the time. I call every time they do to no avail. I am unable to get any other service where I live; therefore, I am stuck with this company. They charge for a sports service, and I do not watch sports. They told me that this is what they call the service, but have to charge everyone for the service, whether you use it or not. I think you should pay for what you use. They just increased this and quot;sports service chargeand quot; also. Their quality of service and professionalism is acceptable, but to pay almost $200/month for basic cable service (phone and internet) is highway robbery! There is really a monopoly in the internet/phone/cable industry!

I think that they do an excellent job. When you call they respond fairly quickly and it is easy to set up an appointment if you need to have something done. I think that their prices are good compared to Verizon.

It's all on one bill, so there's only one service number you call. The caller-ID comes up on the television and the quality of the service is good. When you call them they fix it right away. They're good, but they are expensive.

They are the only game in the town in this part of New Jersey, which I hate because I am stuck with them. If I want to get a satellite connection or something, there is no free market for cable here. It is like either take it or leave it, which is what I don't like. They send the letters and keep raising the rates. I don't have a choice about it and I hate it. The customer service is horrible. The internet service can be out for days.

Fine. They did what they were contracted to do. They were professional.

I chose them because this company was the only one available when I moved in. I think it is a good service.

They are the only cable provider in our town but I am happy with them and I will continue to use their services again the future.

What I dislike is the equipment. It is slow, and cumbersome. What I do like is they are available twenty four hours a day. I can access their stuff through remote devises like my android, iPad, or iPhone. I get free Wifi. I'm not very pleased with their price, and quality. I don't have a choice but to continue to use their service. Your options are limited.

It's been fine. I chose them because they were in our area and available without the cost of installing DSL. The one downside is the exposed power lines in an area that has a lot of trees. If a tree goes down, it has been a problem; otherwise it has not been a problem. They are punctual within the window they give.

The service is okay. We do not have any other option. Some of the services that they provide do not work constantly. There is no consistency in their service. I will say they are professional. When I call for repairs they are prompt. I will continue to use them, only because I do not have a choice.

They are the only provider like this in the area so I don't have any other choice who to use in the future.
