The job went very well. Neil, the owner, and the painters (Roger and Reggie) were all very nice to work with. The painters were efficient and made sure cleanup was done daily. Neil came by to check the progress and to make sure we had no issues. When we found rot in our porch, we had to ask them to hold off working on the porch. When we decided to put off repairing the porch till next year, they came back to finish the job and did a very good "patch" job that should hold out till we redo the porch. When I decided to repaint the upstairs balcony door a different color (as the white paint looked too stark), they repainted it.
