We have been a successful family ran business for the past 25 years and been plumbing for the past 33 years. We strive to have a great customer service and to get the job done in a timely, professional and cleanly matter. After evaluating the job, he suggested another way to provide heat in the bathroom, which would cost much less. Doing, this, however, would not provide him with work. We told him that we would think about his suggestion. After spending a 1/2 hour with us, he did not charge us for his time, even though he knew that his suggestion would save us a lot of money but not provide him with work..
We will definitely be hiring him in the later spring/summer to install a new toilet in our bathroom and a new faucet in our kitchen.
Dan is unusual. He is easy-going and honest. Unusual qualities, indeed, in today's greedy world. Very happy to have found him!
