I put off calling for help because I was nervous about what it might cost. Compared to other computer support ads I've seen, their service was a bargain. They were also extremely helpful over the phone, explaining to me in detail what went wrong and how they fixed it.

THEY CAME IN AND PICKED UP THE COMPUTER FROM THE HOUSE. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND HAD IT BACK IN A DAY. FOR WHAT THEY DID AND HOW QUICKLY THE JOB WAS PERFORMED, THE PRICE COULD'VE BEEN CHEAPER.
