Eliton and team far exceeded my expectations. Due to a delay in closing on our home, we only had a small window of time (10 days) before moving in. Eliton made every accommodation to have over 3,000 square feet of flooring finished in time for our move-in date, even proactively coordinating with my other contractors. EDS's service, professionalism and finished product are of the highest caliber. Pricing also happened to be the most competitive out of 4 total quotes I received.. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a two family home that I converted into a one family.  During construction, many walls came down and left us with missing hardwood throughout the house.  Couple that with the 50+ years of dirt on them, and the floors needed a whole lot of work.
Now factor in the tight timeline that I was under with having to move into this new house.  I had my roughing inspection delayed, which added a couple days delay before I could start putting up sheetrock.  This obviously then pushed back the flooring.  
.I am glad that I found Eliton and his crew.  They bent over backwards to accommodate me.  From working early in the day to early in the evening, they did an AMAZING job.  They took the time to remove some hardwood, cut down their slats to match, and made the patches look perfect.  Then they installed a new floor in the kitchen, sanded and finished the floors to perfection.  
Absolutely amazing and please hire them if you're looking for someone to make your floors look new.

The work performed was great! They showed up on time and were very professional I would use them again!  At first Eliton was a little hard to get a hold of, once we connected, he was very responsive and very professional.  Overall, I was very pleased with the whole process and the finished product.

After comparing prices,we decide to go with E.D.S hardwood floors. I met with Eliton, we talked about the floors, we discussed about the colors and he was very professional. He as his crew arrived on time and worked very hard. My floors look beautiful, i couldn't beleive my eyes. I am so happy with the job E.D.S performed. They were very good. They were professional. I liked his work and his attitude. He didn't joke around; he was good. His prices and work were good. He was punctual. It was a good experience with him.

They actually had a coupon on Angie's List that we used. They were very quick and effective. They kept exactly to their dates and they were priced very reasonably. I think we interviewed about three or four providers and they provided the best price and time guarantee and kept to their word. The old floors that they refinished look wonderful now and the new flooring is flawless. I was very happy with them.

Eliton did a fabulous job.  The floors look great.  We even had him put in a brazilian wood border around the dinning area and we love.   He came on time and did a clean, professional job.   We are very pleased.

Everything was perfect, from ithe quick response to my inquiry through Angies List, appointment to look at the space, receiving the quote and getting the job done. Perfect.  Job started and finished on time with good communication the whole way.  We were working with a narrow windo between closing on house, doing floors, painting and moving and EDS stuck exactly to their schedule.

Eliton was on time for the estimate; he provided a detailed estimate promptly, and was easy to reach with  questions and changes.

 We did not set a start date because we were waiting for the closing. Once the closing was scheduled, the start date was set. The crew arrived as expected. Whenever there was a delay (for example, due to a previously scheduled job), I knew about it ahead of time, and was provided an explanation. The communication was excellent. The work was done in a timely manner. Eliton had a number of excellent ideas and suggestions that worked out very well.  He was willing to do many jobs (e.g. refinish and add handrail) that some flooring professionals did not want to do. The attention to detail was admirable.  The floors turned out  beautiful.  The house was vacuumed before the crew left. 

  We checked references before hiring Ed, and he was a pleasure to work with.  Prompt, courteous, professional, and did great work, both the refinishing and the new floor.  His custom radiator covers were also very good.  Even well after he was paid, he came back a couple of times to answer questions or check on things. We received 4 quotes, his was the 3rd lowest cost.

E.D.S. Hardwood Floors was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Eliton and the crew were on time, neat and very professional. On top of offering a very fair price, the work performed by E.D.S. was excellent. This job included installing hardwood flooring in almost the entire house and staining and finishing as well. Eliton was very helpful in deciding which wood to use and which color to stain it. The job was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend E.D.S. for hardwood flooring work to everyone.

Great gentleman to work with. Professional and serious. Came in for an estimate and gave us samples of some different stains. Took care to cover our television and the windows. Some dust, but not excessive. Came when he was supposed to and finished on time. We are pleased with the work and have recommended this company to others. The only issue was the smell of the finsishing coats, but I guess that could not be avoided. I would use this company again in the future.

Eliton responded right away to our inquiry and came to the house on a holiday weekend to give us an estimate. He and his two employees came on time and were very professional. Eliton answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Our floors look wonderful and it looks like a different house. We highly recommend this company.
