THEY ARE LOCAL AND THAT'S NICE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. THEY CHECKED OTHER THINGS WE DIDN'T THINK OF WHEN THEY WERE WORKING ON THE SYSTEM. LIKE HOW DRAFTY OUR WINDOWS ARE AND WHAT WE CAN DO TO FIX THEM A LITTLE.

IT WAS TWO O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING AND THE ALARM ON THE NEW WINDOW STARTED TO GO OFF. NOBODY WAS THERE TO ANSWER THE PHONE ON THEIR END. THEY DIDN'T HAVE A TWENTY-FOUR HOUR LINE, AND WE GOT A BIG TICKET FROM THE VILLAGE. THE ALARM WAS GOING OFF AT 2 IN THE MORNING AT WE COULDN'T STOP IT OR CONTACT ANYONE TO MAKE IT STOP.
