"We were hired to renovate a salon in Larchmont. The owner was under a strict budget limitation and we were hired simply to help with permitting issues with the town. This was the first location the owner had ever tired to renovate and quickly became overwhelmed with the construction process. Due to a lack of focus and stability with the owner we were forced to remove our permits from this location and we wished the owner well. It's unfortunate that even in helping a client in a tough situation - we as contractors still get the short end of the stick. It's amazing how they failed to report the efforts we took in securing permits with the Town of Larchmont to help speed up the process and help reduce the amount rent the owner had to pay to the landlord... We continue to be very active in Larchmont and believe that KARMA will one day prevail."
