Carpentry Plus Improvements

"I cannot believe that Angie's List would allow such incomplete and bias information to be published. This members comments are fictional. The Member decided to match existing railings and I contacted a company in making balusters very similar to existing. I clearly told the Member that materials from company would arrive in 3-4 weeks from order date. I would need a signed proposal and a deposit. The deposit check from First Republic Bank #592 was dated August 20th and materials were ordered. I then receive email from the Member on September 5, beginning of 3rd week from materials being ordered, to terminate contract. I replied immediately and told the Member I did not receive a call from him, I pay a professional answering service to answer all incoming calls. The answering service Texts and emails all calls immediately to my cell phone. I then told the Member I would deliver the materials as soon as the arrived to my office. I copied the Member on tracking information as I received it, and delivered the materials on the day they arrived to my office with a check for the remaining balance of deposit. To write what he wrote is absurd, and I feel fortunate that I truly believe this was a blessing in disguise!!!!!!"

Depending on schedule, the average is 3-4 weeks.Her architect was inadequate with structure after working in Manhattan dealing with non-structural spaces. The architect asked to do additional work, and therefore that created additional expenses, I was unaware the home owner was not told."
