Dave Grossman is the BEST inspector you can EVER hope to get. He is as thorough as they come. He is punctual, professional and very knowledgeable.
In our case, he went over the home in great detail and covered every single aspect (from roof to basement).
This is the second time we have used him with consistently outstanding customer service experience both times.
The best part about him is that as he works, he explains everything in great detail about how everything ticks and ties together.
Dave uses the technology at hand to make everything come together (digital pictures, summarization in a beautifully laid out report in pdf format as well as printed copy).
The best part is as he is working, he keeps the mood light with some of best one-liners out there.
