Leslie had done a complete bathroom renovation for me the year before and she did a great job with that, so I called her when I needed my water heater replaced (along with some additional work.) Everything came out fine and after the job I received an email with a clear, detailed invoice that included the model number and serial number of my water heater unit, along with every work item listed. Leslie is very professional, responsive, and she'll be there when she tells you she will. I trust her completely and I'm happy with her work.

Leslie explained what repairs were needed and why. She let me know what steps were involved and when the repairs would be done. After the repairs were done, Leslie explained how tankless hot water heaters are different than tanked water heaters. She also explained the preventative maintenance necessary to keep my tankless water heater working optimally. I was very pleased with her work and work ethic.
