 + 0 moreIt took them more than a month after they were paid to start the work. Work commenced at the end of June 2018. They did a good job almost completing the dormers and then never returned. September came. We called and emailed with no response. We called again, emailed again. Finally got a date of October 4th. That came and went. As I write this on November 12th, they have had our money for almost 7 months and the work is still not complete. Installation of rain gutters is contingent upon roof completion. Erosion is occurring. I will never hire these people again.

Description of Work: I had an entire roof replaced for over $16,000.00. Absolutely dissatisfied. After two weeks of working on my roof, there were still leaks that were there before the repairs. They had to come back twice and were belligerent about it. They took down my satellite dish and discarded it without our permission. I did file a complaint with the owner. The roof is nice looking but it was a headache dealing with the administration of this company. The actual roofers were ok but my wife has problems with how they destroyed her garden and left large nails through our property.

 + -1 moreContractor did not come on date provided and had not come 2 weeks later. We had to call twice to get anyone to show up even though they had been paid half the money months earlier. Once someone came the work went very quickly and was of good quality. The workers were polite and friendly.
Description of Work: Replaced a raised walkway ruined by an ice fall.

 + -1 moreThey are excellent. They were extremely clean and professional, very courteous, professional and respectful. We had a very bad experience with another group. So, it was very nice to have them. They did a great job. It was very nice to have them.
Description of Work: We are using Tyler Construction Services Inc. for basic household repair. They re-layed some of our hardwood floors and did some paint jobs in the past and now they are coming over to do some ceiling repair work.

 + 1 moreOverall, it was a total waste of my time.
Description of Work: NO SERVICE WAS PREFORMED - Tyler was contracted to remove and repair a Fiberglass roof on a side shed attached to my house, they were also to install a solar fan on the roof of the main house. Estimate and contract were signed and delivered and a security deposit of in excess of 500.00 was given. a date to preform the service was set at 9/21/11. This date came and went, upon contacting Tyler they advised "That they would get right back to me." They of course never did, though I had learned that they had without my permission, sub-contracted the work out to an unknown (to me) sub-contractor. I do not recommend this company, it appears that they do insurance claim repairs, and take on "Side" jobs only when they are slow in insurance work, and will, and did,, sub out the work to other vendors.. This of course makes it quite obvious that the price could have been less if the "Middle" man was removed.
