The service was very good. He quoted us a price of around $500 for the first work he did and he actually charged us $75 less. The price and quality were very good.

He gave me a estimate to hang the sheet rock in one bedroom. He did not have to tape and mud it. I paid him half down. His son did the job in a few hours. I trusted him, so while I was at work, and after the job was done, my 16 year old son paid him the rest. They left 3 very large holes in the wall. Sam stated that all I had to do was mud them. He left no other explanation. There were undercuts needing large patches. And there were over-cuts where the sheet rock was forced in creating bulging. Again, Sam stated I could fix it. The quality was awful and Sam was not willing to fix anything or even take responsibility for his son's work. I would never recommend or use him again!
